- On the afternoon of May 19, the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion organized an online training program "Promoting the role of youth in the conservation and promotion of geological heritage values".

More than 3,000 union members and youth from agencies and units participated in the form of direct participation combined with online participation at the provincial bridge, 11 district-level bridges and 194 commune-level bridges.

During the training program, trainees listened to the staff of the Lang Son Geopark Management Department and experts introduce some main contents such as: Overview of Lang Son UNESCO Global Geopark; geological tourism models; potential for developing geological tourism products of Lang Son UNESCO Global Geopark; work to preserve and promote the value of geological heritage associated with building geological tourism models; UNESCO's orientation for developing geological tourism through the Guidebook "Geotourism for UNESCO Global Geopark"; activities to form geological trails; cooperation to develop the "Magnificent Journey" adventure tour initiative in Lang Son UNESCO Global Geopark; Proposing the model "1 Village - 1 Channel - 1 Brand" to develop the local economy in the UNESCO Lang Son Global Geopark through building product brands, developing communication channels operated by local youth and connecting consumption through e-commerce platforms, solutions for managing and developing sustainable cave tourism in the UNESCO Lang Son Global Geopark...
