More than 50,000 audiences burst into emotion at 8Wonder - Moments of Wonder

Over 5 hours of living in the music festival, more than 30 songs performed by top stars J Balvin, DJ Snake, The Kid LAROI, DPR Ian, Soobin, Hoa Minzy, tlinh, Trong Hieu, along with the eye-catching ending moment with a sky-high fireworks display... all made the more than 50,000 audiences present at the 8Wonder super music festival burst with emotion.

The official music started at 6:30 p.m., and the concert lasted for more than 5 hours amid the excited cheers of a giant crowd at the National Exhibition Center. (S) TRONG Trong Hieu opened the concert with the hits Kho Bau and Chat Choi. The artist sang acrobatically a part of Kho Bau and set the tempo for the audience to join in, driving thousands of spectators crazy.

Immediately after, rapper 2Pillz appeared in the sunset with the dance pop Thac nìng, the opening song PILLZCASSO - the latest secret to be "revealed" at 8Wonder. With the vinafro style, Thac nìng combines vinahouse, afrobeat mixed with the sound of Vietnamese lithophone to create a vibrant, modern and liberal festival atmosphere.

The 8Wonder journey continues with Echoes of Heritage, a musical program introducing Vietnamese culture on a multinational stage. Starting with the legends of the founding of the country, the cultural materials of the three regions and the spirit of modern Vietnam are strung together into a continuous story. From ancient to contemporary, from tradition to integration. There was a whole patriotic musical program resounding on the 8Wonder stage. Hoa Minzy performed the hit Bac Bling with 200 children wearing red flags with yellow stars and said "Hello Bac Ninh ". She also brought 1,000 to he figurines, one of the familiar children's toys in Vietnamese folklore, to the grand concert.

Next, the “all-round talent” Soobin appeared and exploded with songs honoring the Vietnamese national spirit: Nguoi Viet, Ngon ham den thuyen and Trong com. In which Nguoi Viet resounded twice with the keywords “Nguoi Viet, nguoi Viet, nguoi Viet. Heroic, heroic, heroic”. Soobin shared that today he felt honored and proud to bring Vietnamese culture and music to exchange with international friends, especially on the important days of National Day September 2. He said he was proud to be Vietnamese and asked more than 50,000 spectators: “And you, are you proud to be Vietnamese?” causing the entire northern yard at the National Exhibition and Fair Center to explode.

On the stage of the international music festival, the artist confidently and attractively introduced the quintessential beauty of Vietnam. Afterwards, Soobin gave the audience a signed monochord and asked them to keep it carefully, making the fan community even more excited. He also performed a series of modern hits such as Thang Nam, Daydreams, Dancing in the dark, BlackJack, SUPPERSTAR, Soobin brought the audience's emotions to a climax.

Throughout the performances are vivid and sacred images full of the nation's heroic spirit from the beginning of the land to the present. The entire visual is meticulously hand-drawn, so that when each frame opens, it carries a proud story. All of this makes Moments of Wonder truly a complete emotional journey, creating a magical and brilliant "Vietnam moment" in the middle of the global flow. Right after Soobin's set, DPR Ian appeared as a beautiful link between Vietnamese cultural music and the world , and vice versa. The whole stage exploded, his confident demeanor and passionate, vibrant intro typical of his performance style excited tens of thousands of audiences.

Returning to perform in Vietnam, DPR Ian melted the audience when he winked and confessed, "I love you all." The artist sang, danced, and played the guitar captivatingly, charmingly and sexy, capturing the hearts of fans through a series of songs, Don't go Insane, So Beautiful, Calico, Nerves, Limbo (Outro)... He shared: "The way Vietnamese people love their country is amazing."

The next chapter of the 8Wonder journey, Moments of Connection, opens with the explosive appearance of Latin superstar J Balvin with his set “The Future Wonder”.

In a bright red outfit, J Balvin brought a relaxing yet passionate and fiery Latin vibe to the 8wonder stage. His set made tens of thousands of spectators unable to stand still. The festival atmosphere filled the space. The songs: Loco Contigo, Mi Gente, Amarillo, Taki Taki - all international hits, played one after another, making the audience enjoy the music and dance to the rhythms of Latin culture.

One of the most beautiful and touching moments of the evening of August 23 was when "contemporary Latin music icons" J Bavil and tlinh raised the Vietnamese and Colombian flags on stage after their collaboration hit I like it, shocking fans.

Right after the proud quiet moments, the 8Wonder stage was fueled by a wave of youthful and vibrant energy from the 'Australian star' - The Kid LAROI.

He brought a powerful crew to the stage with all the musical instruments and equipment imported internationally. The Kid LAROI performed Thousand Miles, Baby I'm Back, How does it feel?, Without You and So done. The highlight of the set was the billion-view super hit Stay - the song that brought the name The Kid LAROI to the world, making Vietnamese fans excited, tens of thousands of audiences knew it and sang along, the eye-catching white confetti and the cheers that followed moved The Kid LAROI.

DJ Snake - the main performer of 8Wonder was the last to step onto the stage in the set called The unite wonder. The "extremely intense" Intro made thousands of audiences burst into energy. He brought billion-view hits including: Turn Down for What, Lean On, Let Me Love You, You Know You Like It, Get low... When the melody of Turn Down for What rang out, tens of thousands of audiences cheered. The French DJ and producer captivated the crowd with his amazing sounds, with electronic music, mainly trap and hip-hop, mixed with pop and electro-house.

DJ Snake’s 75-minute set ended with Let me love you, his most special song and also his most famous hit in Vietnam. At the end of the performance, the “hit king” Snake - wearing a conical hat painted in the red flag with a yellow star, holding the Vietnamese national flag, stood still facing the screen as a sacred flag salute, closing the concert, also making the fans “oh my god”.

Closing with a brilliant fireworks display to celebrate National Day September 2, 8Wonder 2025 left behind complete "moments of wonder", where music transcended all racial, linguistic, and territorial boundaries, leaving only the connection in emotions and diverse cultural colors of the world.
