More than half a million people took the contest to learn about the Law on Drug Prevention and Control.

According to statistics from the Organizing Committee, by 5:00 p.m. on August 10, 2023, more than 520,000 people had participated in the online contest to learn about the Law on Drug Prevention and Control.

In order to propagate and disseminate the law on drug prevention and control to all levels, sectors and people, on July 20, 2023, the Ministry of Public Security launched the contest to learn about the Law on Drug Prevention and Control.

The contest is organized in two forms: essay writing and online on the website: http/thitimhieuluatphongchongmatuy.vn. Contestants access, register to participate in the contest and take the online test on the website according to the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

To encourage candidates to have time to study and understand the regulations of the law on drug prevention and control, thereby improving their performance when participating, the contest does not limit the number of attempts. The Organizing Committee will use the best quality test results among the attempts as the basis for award consideration.

Right from the first days of launching, the contest has attracted the attention of many people across the country. Some units and localities have done a good job of propaganda, actively mobilizing agencies, organizations, students and people in the area to participate in the contest such as: Bac Giang province, People's Police University, Quang Hop Secondary School (Thanh Hoa), Ly Tu Trong Secondary School (Bien Hoa, Dong Nai), Ninh Thuan Provincial Police, People's Police Academy, Ha Giang Provincial Police, People's Security University...

As of 5:00 p.m. on August 10, 2023, the Organizing Committee has recorded more than 520,000 candidates participating in the exam. At the same time, the Organizing Committee has received more than 50 essay entries from candidates nationwide, including many elaborately invested articles with beautiful presentations.

The number of contestants mentioned above shows the popularity of the contest, meeting expectations of propaganda and dissemination of laws on drug prevention and control.

To ensure fairness, transparency, objectivity, and avoid fraud or software interference, the organizing committee will coordinate with units under the Ministry of Public Security to conduct steps to review, check, and compare exam results with results on the system server to see if there is any data interference from users.

After reviewing, the organizing committee will report to the Jury and the Competition Steering Committee to announce the results on the competition website as well as the mass media.

The contest continues until October 19, 2023.
