The issuance of the Action Plan of the Ministry of Planning and Investment aims to specify the work contents, deadlines, progress, outputs, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms of units under the Ministry of Planning and Investment related to the organization and implementation of Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP dated January 10, 2025 of the Government (Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP).
Regarding the tasks, the Decision clearly states that, based on the main tasks and solutions in implementing Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP, the Minister requests Heads of units under the Ministry to organize the dissemination of the Resolution to each cadre, civil servant and public employee in the unit to innovate thinking and raise awareness of the importance of implementing the Resolution in February 2025.

Continue to resolutely and effectively implement the main tasks, solutions and specific work in Resolution No. 108/NQ-CP dated November 16, 2019 of the Government on the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo to ensure quality and timely completion.
Regularly exchange with relevant agencies, units, and Hai Phong city to grasp the needs, difficulties, and obstacles in the process of building and implementing the following issues: perfecting institutions, amending and supplementing mechanisms and policies, reforming administrative procedures; restructuring the economy; attracting investment capital for development; developing culture, education, health, social security and social justice, science, technology and innovation, managing and exploiting resources, attracting investment for tourism development; linking socio-economic development with the implementation of national defense, security, order, and social safety tasks, improving the effectiveness of foreign affairs, etc.
Regarding implementation, heads of units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, proactively coordinate with ministries, branches and the People's Committee of Hai Phong city to effectively implement the tasks and solutions set out in Conclusion No. 96-KL/TW dated September 30, 2024 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2019 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 07/NQ-CP and this Decision.
Heads of units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, regularly monitor the progress and results of the implementation of assigned tasks and projects; annually synthesize and evaluate the implementation situation and send it to the Department of Local and Territorial Economy before December 15 for synthesis and reporting to the leaders of the Ministry, the Government, and the Prime Minister./.
