Connecting Quang Binh tourism with the Central provinces

During May 22-23, about 100 members from the Travel Management Department - Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , experts, reporters, and leading travel companies in Vietnam came to research and survey tourism products to promote tourist growth to Quang Binh.

Overview of the Seminar.

The delegation visited Canh Duong mural village, Lieu Hanh Holy Mother Temple (Quang Trach), Ozo Park, Chay River - Dark Cave (Bo Trach), Cha Loi Cave, Love Valley, Bang Onsen Spa & Resort, Kieu Stream and Son Boi Cave System (Le Thuy).

Included in the series of activities is the Seminar on Developing Quang Binh Tourism Products with the participation of Mr. Ha Van Sieu - Deputy Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Director of Quang Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; leaders of the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue; representatives of departments, branches and sectors in the province; Hanoi UNESCO Travel Club and nearly 130 delegates who are experts, travel companies, tourism businesses inside and outside the province and press agencies in Quang Binh.

Quang Binh is an attractive and unique natural destination.

At the seminar, delegates discussed, analyzed, and evaluated resources, development potential, and proposed solutions for product and service development to increase high value and reduce seasonality for tourism in Quang Binh province in the coming time.

At the same time, delegates proposed solutions for cooperation to form a tour program "One journey - many experiences" between Quang Binh and provinces in the Central region, green tourism products, nature tourism combined with learning about the diversity and uniqueness of culture in Quang Binh province.

Phong Nha-Ke Bang is an ideal destination in the summer.

Within the framework of the seminar, a cooperation signing ceremony took place between the following units: Hanoi UNESCO Travel Club with Quang Binh Tourism Promotion Center; Hanoi UNESCO Travel Club signed with Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center, NETIN Company Limited, Phong Nha Heritage Company Limited (Ozo Park) on cooperation and development of tourism programs to Quang Binh; NETIN Company Limited with Quang Tri Travel Association on tourism development in the western region of the two provinces of Quang Binh and Quang Tri.

On this occasion, Quang Binh Tourism Week (May 23-30) will take place, displaying 50 years of achievements in Quang Binh province's literature and arts after the country's reunification (1975-2025) with 102 works of fine arts, photography, and architecture typical of Quang Binh province's literature and arts, along with 300 typical literature and art books, including many genres... written about Quang Binh. In addition, more than 20 photos by authors will be displayed, capturing the beauty of scenic spots in Quang Binh, at Bao Ninh 1 Urban Area (Regal Legend), Dong Hoi City.

Green tourism products, nature tourism combined with learning about cultural diversity and uniqueness are the highlights of Quang Binh tourism.

From May 23-25, there will be a Food Festival and a space to promote tourism in provinces and cities with the theme of Homeland Flavors with more than 45 booths from provinces and cities such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoa Binh, Quang Tri, Hue City, ... together with tourism service businesses, Ocop products in the province, promising to bring outstanding dishes, Ocop products typical of each locality and enjoy music programs with the participation of famous artists, singers, and bands.

Coming to the Festival, visitors not only explore the unique culinary culture in Quang Binh - a place where traditional dishes, unique OCOP products converge with the participation of talented artisans and chefs; but also have the opportunity to enjoy the quintessence of local cuisine, cultural exchange between regions, discover new tourism products and enjoy fascinating experiences.

Quang Binh - Come and Love.

The highlight is the Quang Binh Art Program - Come and Love, held from 8:10 p.m. to 10:10 p.m. on May 23 at Bao Ninh 1 Urban Area (Regal Legend), Bao Ninh Commune, Dong Hoi City, with the participation of singers and artists who have affirmed their brand in the Vietnamese music market, highlighting the message of Quang Binh tourism as an attractive and unique natural destination.

The program was broadcast live on Quang Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television, rebroadcast on provincial and municipal radio and television stations and livestreamed via Quang Binh Tourism Facebook fanpage and shared on fanpages of tourism units.
