Opening of the camp to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Duy Hai commune

On the evening of March 27, Duy Hai commune, Duy Xuyen district opened a camping festival with the theme "Promoting tradition - Aspiration to rise up" and an art program "Proud of Duy Hai homeland" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the homeland.

With the spirit of solidarity, creativity, innovation, arousing and promoting the traditions of the homeland, the aspiration to rise up with the transformation of the nation, the Camp spreads the determination to make Duy Hai develop more and more. Through the Camp, it creates conditions for all classes of people to exchange, learn, connect the community, create solidarity and unity of the entire political system, consensus of the people and promote the available advantages of the locality so that Duy Hai can develop comprehensively in all fields.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee of the camp presented 20 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to support disadvantaged people. Mr. Duong Van Nam - Chairman of the Duy Hai Commune Association in Ho Chi Minh City also sent 10 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND to the poor people in his hometown.

The camp organizers gave 20 gifts to support disadvantaged families.

“After 50 years of liberation of the homeland and nearly 40 years of re-establishment of the commune, Duy Hai has changed from a barren, underdeveloped sandy commune to now, the appearance of the urban area has gradually taken shape. Trade, service and tourism activities have developed strongly, infrastructure has been invested in a synchronized manner towards urbanization. Social security has been ensured, people's lives have been improved, and the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses has been actively implemented.”
