On November 23, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1971/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tan Hung Industrial Park. Lideco 1 Joint Stock Company is the investor of this project.

The project's objective is to invest in the construction and business of the infrastructure of an Industrial Park of 105.3 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,185 billion, of which the investor's contributed capital is more than VND 177 billion, the rest is mobilized capital.

The project's operating period is 50 years, calculated from the date the investor is approved for investment policy and investor approval. The project implementation location is in Tan Hung and Xuong Lam communes (Lang Giang).

Secondary investors build factories in Tan Hung Industrial Park.

According to the investor's report, up to now, the project has completed leveling the ground, connecting infrastructure for electricity, water supply, rainwater drainage, and wastewater. The investor has completed the construction of traffic routes according to the design documents; the asphalt paving of the road surface and sidewalks are under construction, expected to be completed on May 20 this year. Items: Power station, wastewater treatment station, fire hydrant, and communication system have been completed.

To date, Tan Hung Industrial Park has 23 secondary investors granted investment certificates, of which 18 investors have been granted construction permits, the rest have not yet been granted construction permits. Investors who have been granted construction permits are currently constructing factories, completing 10-90% of the work volume.

Discussing here, many secondary investors stated that recently, there were times when the power source in Tan Hung Industrial Park was interrupted, affecting the construction progress. Secondary investors requested that the investor pay attention to connecting and ensuring a stable power source for construction and production activities.

To speed up investment progress in the Industrial Park, some secondary enterprises requested the province's professional agencies to pay attention to guiding the completion of procedures for upgrading modern machinery and technology; granting land use right certificates; and promptly accepting environmental protection works...

For Huong Son Industrial Cluster, the Provincial People's Committee has changed the purpose and leased land to implement the project in 3 phases with a total area of ​​more than 58.1/65.35 hectares.

Currently, there are still more than 7.2 hectares that have not been converted or leased, of which about 2.6 hectares have not been cleared due to people's disagreement, the rest is traffic and irrigation land that has not been recovered and land overlapping with the Hanoi - Lang Son expressway.

After inspecting the Tan Hung Industrial Park, visiting the production area of ​​Aishi Optics Vietnam Co., Ltd., listening to reports and discussions, comrade Pham Van Thinh requested Lideco 1 Joint Stock Company to urgently complete the remaining infrastructure items to effectively operate and exploit Tan Hung Industrial Park.

Pay attention to connecting power sources to power stations in the Industrial Park to provide stable power to secondary enterprises, without affecting construction progress, production and business.

At the same time, investors need to focus on implementing environmental protection solutions; building infrastructure in green areas according to regulations.

He assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the investor of Tan Hung Industrial Park to coordinate and guide secondary enterprises to complete documents to issue land use right certificates according to regulations.

Regarding Huong Son Industrial Cluster, he requested the People's Committee of Lang Giang district to continue to propagate and mobilize people; consider establishing a record of forced construction protection for cases that do not agree to hand over the site in April...
