Closing the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of VNPT Group affirmed its determination to overcome difficulties, not afraid to comprehensively innovate from leadership methods to production and business organization, promote development and creative application of technology, and lead the entire Group to excellently complete the set tasks and targets.

During this period, the Group's Party Committee has made important progress in leadership methods, clearly demonstrated through the fact that the Group's Party Committee's key tasks have been specified in specialized Resolutions and Resolutions on annual work tasks with implementation procedures, which are the basis for Party committees and affiliated Party organizations to promptly deploy appropriate action programs, reducing the waiting time for instructions and specifics at all levels.

Thanks to that, in the context of production and business activities facing many changes and challenges, throughout the term, VNPT has completed most of the assigned production and business targets, especially continuously maintaining the rate of exceeding the profit plan and ensuring an average increase of 5%/year in income for employees. The Group's financial capacity continues to be strengthened, the financial situation is healthy, and cash flow is well managed to ensure production, business activities and network development. The Group is also always considered one of the leading units in paying the state budget with a total payment for the period 2020-2024 of nearly 26,500 billion VND.

Continuing to affirm its key role, accompanying the Government in national digital transformation, in the 2020-2025 term, the Group's telecommunications network infrastructure has made a remarkable breakthrough, ready to meet the explosion of high-speed internet connection and access.

Vinaphone's 4G coverage area currently reaches 98% of the population; the fiber optic system is deployed to 100% of communes, wards and 96% of villages and hamlets nationwide; Vinaphone's 5G network is also commercially deployed, meeting the demand for high-speed connection and developing new digital service groups; the international and domestic transmission and fiber optic networks are invested in and expanded, gradually building VNPT into a connection center in the region.

VNPT continues to perfect and deploy digital platforms and application databases on a national scale, ensuring stable system operation and supporting the Government in effective exploitation and operation.

As of February 2025, the Group has deployed 11 platforms and 6 national-scale databases. Many projects such as the National Document Interconnection Axis Platform serve the smooth operation of 4 levels; the national reporting system connects information of 80 ministries, branches, localities, corporations, and state-owned corporations with more than 500 online reporting information indicators; the national population database manages information of nearly 100 million Vietnamese citizens, is the original data, the foundation of the Digital Government, helping to connect and share population information with other specialized databases;...

Aiming to build a comprehensive smart urban platform solution, VNPT has built an Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) solution, focusing on areas such as: Monitoring and analyzing socio-economic indicators data; monitoring the effectiveness of government operations; monitoring and operating the fields of health, education, tourism, agriculture... and is currently deployed in 47 provinces and cities.

With the goal of pioneering to become a digital technology corporation, VNPT has researched and mastered new technologies, forming 4.0 technology platforms such as IoT, IDG, Telco API Platform... to help other ICT enterprises quickly access "digital resources" to diversify and develop digital products for the market; develop new technology platforms such as AI, BigData, Platform... to support data analysis and processing.

It can be said that, closing the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of VNPT Group has achieved many important milestones, affirming VNPT's position not only in Vietnam but also gradually reaching out to integration.

The Group has made timely and effective contributions to the country's social security work; well operated the specialized information network serving the direction and leadership of Party and government agencies; promoted the leading role in implementing e-Government, national digital transformation, digital transformation of the economy; made an important contribution to ensuring national defense, security, preserving national sovereignty, borders, and islands.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, in the context of science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation, it is becoming a decisive factor in the development of countries and is also the best opportunity for our country to develop richly and powerfully in the new era.

On December 22, 2024, the Politburo issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation - a historic step; thereby, addressing challenges, maximizing opportunities, exploiting Vietnam's unique advantages to move quickly, take the lead, create competitive advantages, attract resources, mobilize the strength of the entire population in implementing digital transformation, and changing the country's ranking in the world.

VNPT aims to continue to strongly innovate its leadership methods, build a clean, strong and comprehensive Party Committee of the Group; make breakthroughs in business development; affirm the leading role of a pioneering technology group, accompanying the country in rising up in the digital age.

VNPT will develop into a strong, dynamic, efficient, modern state-owned economic group with the capacity to compete domestically and internationally, performing well in public service tasks, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, national defense and security. At the same time, it will become a technology group with digital infrastructure, digital technology and digital services as the main focus; a pioneer in innovator in researching and mastering digital technology and providing digital ecosystems in all areas of socio-economic life.

The new era - the era of national growth - takes place in parallel with the digital era, the era of innovation and creativity. It is a time when the country and the people must rise up strongly, strive to successfully achieve strategic goals, develop at a new height, a new level, establish the national position in the international arena, and create a foundation for the next breakthrough development step.

The new era requires the highest level of development motivation, self-reliance, self-strengthening, creative aspirations and contributions of the entire Party and people; at the same time, the top requirement is to improve the Party's leadership and governing capacity; Party building is ethical, civilized, representing the intelligence, honor and conscience of the nation and of the era.

In the 2025-2030 term, with tradition and new ways of doing things, the Party Committee of the Group continues to clearly define the goals of solidarity, unity, effective and efficient operations according to the principles of connection-interaction-sharing; resolutely innovate to make breakthroughs in business development, and have high adaptability to the ever-changing times.
