The Provincial People's Procuracy symbolically presented support funds to Ms. Pham Thi Vinh, Van Dong village, Vu Lac commune ( Thai Binh city).
Ms. Pham Thi Vinh is a near-poor, single, elderly, and in poor health, living for many years in a seriously degraded house that is not safe during storms. This is the fourth household in Vu Lac commune to receive support under the Project to Support Poor and Near-Poor Households to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Thai Binh Province in the period 2024 - 2025. After more than 2 months of construction, the completed house has an area of 40m2 , with a closed design that ensures quality and technical standards. The total construction cost is nearly 200 million VND, of which: 100 million VND in support from the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses (supported by the Provincial People's Procuracy), 10 million VND in support from Vu Lac commune, and the remaining amount mobilized from relatives, neighbors, and villagers.

At the inauguration ceremony, representatives of the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the city and Vu Lac commune symbolically presented the support money, and presented many practical gifts, congratulating and encouraging Ms. Pham Thi Vinh; hoping that the family will continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and escape poverty sustainably.
