Hue City leaders participate in pressing the button at the inauguration ceremony of the phase 1 factory

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; along with members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and departments, branches and sectors of Hue City.

Construction started in March 2024, phase 1 of the project has been completed with a land area of ​​over 20,000 m², a total floor area of ​​over 41,000 m², creating jobs for more than 800 workers. The factory is equipped with modern facilities, specializing in the production of bicycle, ski, hockey helmets... This September, the company's factory will export the first batch of goods to the international market.

Currently, the project is implementing phase 2, with a land area of ​​nearly 15,000 m². This phase will include a precision plastic injection workshop and new production lines for motorcycle helmets, with an additional capacity of 800 workers. Phase 2 of the factory will complete construction and installation of machinery in December 2025, and officially come into operation in February 2026. Not stopping there, Eon Industry Vietnam Company continues to build a factory to produce specialized sports protective equipment with an area of ​​39,000 m², located adjacent to the current production area.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Factory, Phase 1, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong acknowledged the successful efforts of the investor and the companionship and support of local authorities, departments and branches. Hue City leaders pledged to continue creating favorable conditions for the project to operate effectively and promote its value; at the same time, requested the investor to focus resources on implementing Phase 2 on schedule, in compliance with the laws on planning, land and environment.

“The inauguration of the first phase of the factory today not only contributes to promoting industrial production and improving export capacity, but also opens up job opportunities and makes a positive contribution to the socio -economic development of Hue City,” said Vice Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee Phan Quy Phuong.
