The project was solidly built, with a total area of 185 m², a total investment of more than 1.2 billion VND, from the aid from the Indian Government's Rapid Impact Fund. After 3 months of construction, the project was completed with all items: Cultural house, yard, fence and some other auxiliary works. The Pung village cultural house is an important community living space for local people, a place to organize meetings, propagate the Party's policies and the State's laws. At the same time, it is a place for cultural, artistic and sports activities, contributing to building cultural life at the grassroots level, strengthening the great national unity bloc.

The inauguration and putting into use of the Pung Village Cultural House is a mark of the spirit of solidarity and cooperation between Vietnam and India in the field of community development, sustainable poverty reduction and enhancing cultural exchange between the two peoples. The project is a symbol of sharing, companionship and development, contributing to creating more motivation for Nam Lau commune to continue to innovate, build new rural areas associated with preserving cultural identity in the integration period.
