At the Festival, delegates and people of Hamlet 13 reviewed the 95-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front ; listened to reports on the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025 and launched the emulation response in 2026.

In 2025, the socio-economic situation in Ward 13 continues to develop, national defense and security are maintained, the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved; the political system is consolidated, improved and operates more and more effectively; administrative reform and building a friendly government are highly approved by the people.

The rate of cultural families reached 91%; 100% of roads in the hamlet are asphalted or concreted; 100% of households use safe electricity; 95% of residential houses meet grade 4 standards or higher; the rate of school-age children reached 100%; 98% of people participate in health insurance; 90% of working-age workers have jobs. Currently, hamlet 13 has no poor households.

The Party cell, the government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have done a good job of propagating and mobilizing people to carry out patriotic emulation movements, the contents of the campaign to unite to build civilized urban areas have achieved many positive results; effectively implemented the savings and lending model with a total amount of over 250 million VND, for 120 borrowers; organized visits and encouraged policy families and households in difficult circumstances on holidays and Tet; mobilized donors to support over 100 gifts and 1,600 kg of rice.

At the Festival, the Front Working Committee of Hamlet 13 launched a patriotic emulation movement among all the people in the hamlet; called on each household, individual, organization, and group to actively compete in labor, production, and good business; build culture in the hamlet... Thereby, continuing to arouse the spirit of patriotism, the will to be self-reliant, promoting the great national unity; creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to the successful implementation of the task of socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, building a new cultural life, civilized and prosperous urban areas.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province awarded a Certificate of Merit to the Front Working Committee of Hamlet 13 for its outstanding achievements in organizing the National Great Unity Day in 2025. The Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province presented 05 gifts to poor, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in An Xuyen ward; presented 01 gift to the People's Committee of Hamlet 13.

The Chairman of An Xuyen Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 05 individuals with outstanding achievements in the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025; awarded the title of cultural family to 748 households in Hamlet 13.
