Khuong Dinh promotes effective dialogue, cares for social security and builds civilized urban areas

HNP - On November 7, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward organized a dialogue conference between the heads of the Party Committee and the government with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and people in the area. This is an opportunity for the Party Committee and the government to listen to the thoughts and aspirations, and at the same time, resolve difficulties and problems arising in people's lives.

At the conference, Vice Chairman of Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee Do Van Khai informed about the results of the direction and management work of the Ward People's Committee in the period from July 1 to October 31, 2025, and at the same time clearly stated the key tasks of the last months of the year. The representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward also reported on the reception and response to the opinions and recommendations of the people before the dialogue, demonstrating the spirit of openness, democracy and responsibility of the local government.

In recent times, Khuong Dinh ward has effectively implemented the two-level urban government model, contributing to improving the efficiency of management, administration and serving the people. From now until the end of 2025, the ward will focus on synchronously implementing solutions to increase budget revenue, review and effectively exploit revenue sources and revenue subjects; at the same time, promote electronic tax payment, ensuring the successful completion of the assigned tasks.

In addition, the management of construction order and urban order continues to be tightened. The Ward People's Committee will strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations of material gathering, encroachment on roads and sidewalks; resolutely rectify the situation of cars stopping and parking illegally on Vu Tong Phan and Khuong Dinh streets, and at the same time organize the clearance of illegal markets and temporary markets operating illegally to ensure urban aesthetics.

At the conference, after the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward announced the results of responding to 70 opinions of organizations and individuals, representatives of some residential groups in the ward further reflected on the issue of environmental sanitation and waste treatment. People hope that the ward will strengthen coordination with functional units to improve the quality of garbage collection and transportation, creating a clean, beautiful and safe living environment.

In addition, opinions also suggested that local authorities pay attention to promoting the value of recognized cultural heritage, have a plan to prepare to renovate both banks of To Lich River (a 2.7 km long section flowing through the ward), and at the same time consider a plan to merge residential groups in accordance with the reality of population management.

The issues raised by the representatives of the residential groups were answered and resolved by the leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward. Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward Vo Dang Dung affirmed that in the coming time, Khuong Dinh Ward will continue to implement the Project of Promoting digital transformation, applying science and technology , and innovation to build a service-oriented administration, improve the effectiveness of state management and the quality of public services in the period 2025-2030.

At the same time, the ward will focus on preparing conditions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; promoting activities to preserve and promote local cultural values, building a healthy cultural environment, contributing to improving spiritual life and strengthening solidarity in the community.
