Creating a safe and attractive investment environment

Over the past 34 years, Ba Ria-Vung Tau has created an attractive and safe investment environment for investors and has always demonstrated consistency in its leadership and management to maximize the mobilization of development investment resources. This achievement is thanks to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee having made important decisions to develop the economy appropriately, especially in attracting investment.

Mr. Pham Tan Cong, Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI): The fact that Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has continuously ranked among the top in the country in terms of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) shows the great attention of the Party Committee and local government. Thereby, it shows that the province has the top quality of economic management in Vietnam, contributing to creating a favorable and stable investment and business environment for enterprises.

Mr. Pham Van Triem, Chairman of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises: In recent years, the business community of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in general and members of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in particular have highly appreciated the solutions to support and accompany businesses of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches. Recently, the Politburo issued Resolution 68 on private economic development. I hope that the resolution will quickly be concretized into policies to support businesses, especially SMEs investing in basic industries, high technology, and simplifying procedures for accessing land, finance, and labor.

Mr. Kazama Toshio, Deputy General Director of Thanh Binh-Phu My Joint Stock Company, investor of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park: The synchronous and modern transport infrastructure system, close to the deep-water port are the "famous" advantages of Ba Ria-Vung Tau. Not only that, the province also has other advantages such as stable electricity and gas sources, abundant clean water for foreign investors to choose Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
