AI Teller will be integrated into the X-Digi system that is being widely spread, supporting customers, especially people in remote areas and disadvantaged people, to easily access and perform financial transactions 24/7".
In the future, KienlongBank aims to integrate AI Tellers into all platforms, "touch points" of communication with customers such as the X-Digi Booth system, KienlongBank Plus Mobile Banking application, physical transaction counters... ready to support customers to make transactions anytime, anywhere when needed, thereby contributing to improving service quality.
