Kim Thanh disburses public investment capital beyond plan

Kim Thanh District (Hai Duong) is one of the top 5 localities in the province in terms of public investment disbursement progress.

By the end of April 2025, the project to build the East-West axis road of Kim Thanh district and the branch to the National Highway 5 overpass intersection, phase 2, had disbursed more than 39 billion VND.

According to the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district, by the end of April 2025, the district had disbursed more than VND 81 billion in public investment capital, reaching 18.2% of the annual plan, exceeding about 9% of the disbursement plan for the first 4 months of the year. Of which, the district level disbursed more than VND 70 billion, and the commune level disbursed more than VND 11 billion.

Kim Thanh district is one of the five localities leading the province in terms of public investment disbursement progress, along with Kinh Mon town; Binh Giang, Tu Ky and Nam Sach districts.

Some projects and works with fast disbursement progress include: construction of the East-West axis road of Kim Thanh district and the branch to the National Highway 5 overpass intersection, phase 2; traffic route from Trung Kien Factory connecting to the intersection in Kim Xuyen commune; investment in infrastructure for concentrated aquaculture area in Kim Tan commune...

In 2025, Kim Thanh district will be allocated more than 467 billion VND in public investment capital to implement 82 programs and projects. Of which, the additional provincial budget capital has a target of more than 218 billion VND; the rest is district and commune budget capital.
