Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee has just requested departments, branches, units under the Provincial People's Committee, People's Committees of districts and cities, in the process of proposing and advising competent authorities to issue policies, to create a favorable environment to help businesses develop, including small and medium enterprises so that this type of business can grow and develop; encourage mechanisms for large enterprises to support and promote small and medium enterprises to create domestic value chains and develop supporting industries.
Support policies are needed to be practical and effective for businesses to compete fairly and effectively among regions, and to study support to reduce costs for businesses to improve competitiveness; at the same time, promote decentralization and delegation of authority associated with enhancing the implementation responsibility of agencies and units; reduce unnecessary and inappropriate administrative procedures and licenses, which increase compliance costs.
The above agencies, based on their functions and tasks, promote consulting and attracting investment under the public-private partnership mechanism, and at the same time research a number of breakthrough initiatives to transform the economy into a green economy such as: Developing renewable energy; Developing green industrial and service clusters and zones; Developing and producing competitive green hydrogen and ammonia.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested the above agencies to proactively and actively meet, discuss, listen to comments and recommendations from businesses in order to promptly develop goals, tasks, development solutions, support and help businesses according to industries, fields, and management areas, especially small and medium enterprises, businesses facing difficulties due to storms and floods, finance, legality, land procedures, site clearance, etc. according to regulations; in cases beyond their authority, they must report to competent authorities for consideration according to regulations.
