This is a group A project, a level I energy project, with a capacity of 120 MW, including 19 wind turbines, each turbine 6.25-6.5 MW. The investor is HBRE Ha Tinh Wind Power Joint Stock Company.
The project is located in the South of Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province. The grid connection will be carried out via a 110 kV line connecting to the 110 kV Ky Anh - Vung Ang grid.
The project has a total investment of about 4,286 billion VND, using the investor's capital and loans from BIDV Bank (Transaction Office Branch 1). Currently, the project has completed all legal work in the project development phase.
At the HBRE Ha Tinh Wind Power Plant project, IPC E&C will undertake the survey, design, supply of materials (including wind turbines, construction, installation, testing, calibration and trial operation) and carry out the procedures to obtain COD for the project.
The project is in the preparation stage for technical design appraisal, construction permit application and other necessary procedures for construction implementation. The parties are making every effort to put the plant into operation in the second quarter of 2026, contributing more renewable energy sources to the country in the era of development.
This project increases the total wind power capacity that IPC E&C has constructed as an EPC general contractor in Vietnam to over 1,000 MW. In addition, IPC has expanded into foreign markets, acting as an EPC general contractor for 300 MW of wind power in Laos and installing over 500 MW of wind turbines in the Philippines. Affirming its position as a pioneer EPC contractor in Vietnam in the field of renewable energy.
