According to Ms. Chau, the inspection team took 4 food samples including: milk, spaghetti with minced beef sauce, fried pumpkin, orange juice of the school for students to eat at lunch and snack on November 10 for testing. The inspection team also pointed out the existence of Victory School which is using plastic boxes to store orange juice samples, which does not ensure food safety.

Previously, at noon on November 10, Buon Ma Thuot City Medical Hospital admitted 8 students from Victory School with stomachaches, vomiting, and suspected food poisoning. The Dak Lak Department of Education and Training requested Victory School to report the incident.
