On the morning of February 5 (December 26), the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly delegation of the province came to offer incense and lay wreaths to commemorate the souls of President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Temple, the Lam Ha 10 Girls' Temple, and the Memorial House of Comrade Luong Khanh Thien.

At the Provincial Martyrs' Memorial, provincial leaders respectfully bowed and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government, army and people of Ha Nam province will forever remember the great merits of the great President Ho Chi Minh and the noble sacrifices of the heroic martyrs. The Party Committee, government and people of the province will continue to unite, be unanimous, join forces and be determined to successfully carry out the goals and tasks of 2024.
