Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung signed Decision 603/QD-UBND approving the Project "Digital Transformation of An Giang Province by 2025". For the province's digital transformation to be successful, the Project clearly defines the role of each component, in which State agencies play a pioneering role in transforming working methods, digitizing records, and integrating platforms. Technology and telecommunications enterprises will continue to provide infrastructure, technical solutions, and ensure network security. People and enterprises will only proactively use, respond, and accompany the government. According to the orientation, each citizen only needs to provide information once; administrative records will be digitized, electronically stored, and reused at all levels. Public services will have virtual assistants to guide people from start to finish, including via phone or text message.
