Consulting on the Master Plan for Construction of Quang Ngai City to 2040

The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requested members of the People's Committee of the province to consider and give opinions on approving local adjustments to the Master Plan for Construction of Quang Ngai city to 2040.

Previously, on August 16, 2024, the Department of Construction of Quang Ngai province advised the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve local adjustments to the Master Plan for Construction of Quang Ngai city to 2040 in Official Dispatch No. 1560/SXD-QHKT.

Accordingly, the Department of Construction of Quang Ngai province has presided over the appraisal and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of local adjustments to the Master Plan for construction of Quang Ngai city until 2040 (related to adjusting the scale of Cao Ba Quat road, within the scope of the project to establish a detailed plan at a scale of 1/500 for Thien But Park area); the adjusted contents are in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, Clause 5, Article 47, Law on Urban Planning 2009 (adjusted to resolve unfeasible problems and serve the interests of the community).

The dossier submitted by the Department of Construction is eligible to be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision according to its authority. The Office of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee requests members of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions on the approval of local adjustments to the Master Plan for Construction of Quang Ngai City to 2040 according to the proposal of the Department of Construction in the above Official Dispatch and send it to the Office of the Provincial People's Committee before September 6, 2024 for synthesis and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on behalf of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
