Consulting on the Draft Decree regulating the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is seeking comments on the Draft Decree regulating the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam.

The purpose of promulgating the Decree is to supplement and complete detailed regulations on the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam; the responsibilities of agencies and organizations in the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam, and to complete the legal basis to ensure the implementation of the 2024 Law on Cultural Heritage into practice when the Law officially comes into effect.

Accordingly, the Draft Decree consists of 04 chapters, with 22 articles regulating the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam, and the responsibilities of agencies and organizations in the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam. The Decree applies to state agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam.

To widely collect opinions from agencies, organizations and individuals according to the provisions of the Law on promulgation of legal documents, the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism posts the full text of the Draft Decree regulating the protection and management of World Cultural and Natural Heritage in Vietnam.
