Provincial Labor Federation: Announcement of decision on organizational structure and personnel work

The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor have handed over the decisions on: Dissolving the Provincial Health Sector Trade Union; transferring 14 grassroots trade unions (CCCs) with 1,955 union members (units) of the Health Sector Trade Union to the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Federation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union for direct management and direction. Dissolving the Provincial Education and Training Sector Trade Union; transferring 26 grassroots trade unions with 1,534 union members of the Provincial Education and Training Sector Trade Union to the districts and cities' Federation of Labor, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union for direct management and direction. Dissolving the Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union; transferring 71 grassroots trade unions with 3,370 union members of the Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union to the Provincial Party Agencies' Trade Union and the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union for direct management and direction.

Establishing the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union under the Provincial Federation of Labor, managing 77 grassroots trade unions with 5,620 union members of grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, the Provincial Education and Training Sector Trade Union, the Provincial Health Sector Trade Union, the Ninh Son District Labor Confederation, the Bac Ai District Labor Confederation, the Ninh Hai District Labor Confederation and the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union. Establishing the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union under the Provincial Federation of Labor, managing 19 grassroots trade unions with 477 union members of grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union. Transferring comrade Dinh Thi Son Thai, Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union to work at the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union, appointing her to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union, term 2023 - 2028. Transferring comrade Ngo Minh Hai, Office Specialist of the Provincial Federation of Labor, to work at the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union, appointing her to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Agencies Trade Union, term 2025 - 2028. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
