On National Highway 4B, through Na Mien village , Dong Quan commune , Loc Binh district, there is a situation where telecommunication cables are sagging and tangled in front of people's houses, affecting people's travel.

According to the reporter's observation, at about 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2025, in Na Mien village, Dong Quan commune, Loc Binh district, there was a situation where many cable sections were sagging close to the road, some as high as an adult's waist in front of many houses with a length of more than 600 m along National Highway 4B.

Local residents said that this was a telecommunication cable. This situation has been going on for about 10 days now but the authorities have not yet fixed it. The sagging cables in front of the house make it difficult for people to move around and pose a potential danger, especially for children who often walk and play around the yard. Local residents said that there was a case where a motorcyclist was caught in the cable because he was not paying attention, but fortunately, because he was going at a slow speed, no serious accident occurred.
