The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is a plug-in hybrid sedan produced by Geely. The model has recently been revealed before its official launch in the Chinese market. It is expected that the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P will be launched in the domestic market in the third quarter of this year. The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P sedan was first revealed on June 11 as the PHEV version of the previously launched Z10 electric car. Therefore, it is no surprise that this model has a similar appearance to the Lynk & Co Z10 and follows the design language of Lynk & Co's "The Next Day" concept car.
The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P features signature LED daytime running lights, headlights integrated into the front bumper and air intakes. Other highlights include hidden door handles, frameless rearview mirrors, a LiDAR sensor on the roof and a taillight strip connecting the two sides. The car is equipped with 19-inch or 21-inch wheels, depending on the version. In the large sedan segment, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P has dimensions of length x width x height of 5,050 x 1,966 x 1,487 mm and a wheelbase of 3,005 mm, equivalent to the BMW 5-Series G60. The vehicle's unladen weight ranges from 2,137 - 2,257 kg, depending on the battery type.
The "heart" of this Chinese car is a turbocharged gasoline engine coded BHE15-CFZ with a thermal efficiency of 46.1% and a maximum power of 120 kW (about 161 horsepower). There is currently no detailed information about the car's electric motor. However, Lynk & Co has confirmed that the car will use a dual electric motor system to provide four-wheel drive. The total power output when the gasoline engine is combined with the electric motor has not been revealed. The Lynk & Co 10 EM-P is available with two lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery options, with capacities of 18.4 kWh and 38.2 kWh. The standard battery offers an electric-only range of 100 km (62 miles) in the CLTC test cycle and a fuel consumption of 5.27 l/100 km (118.6 mpg US). The higher-end battery offers a 192 km (120 mi) range without the need for the petrol engine and a fuel consumption of 5.47 l/100 km (118.6 mpg US).
Previously, it was reported that the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P will be equipped with an Nvidia Drive Thor-U chip with a performance of 700 TOPS, a Snapdragon 8295 chip and an air suspension system. This sedan will soon be sold on the Chinese market with a price of about 200,000 yuan (equivalent to 700 million VND). Video : See details of the new Lynk & Co 01 from China.
