The Trade Union of Petroleum Service Port Company successfully organized the 11th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of October 17, 2025, the Trade Union of the Petroleum Service Port Company held the 11th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term at the Petroleum Hotel, Vung Tau Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Vu Duc Cuong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Group's Trade Union, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation; Comrade Dong Xuan Thang - Party Secretary, Director of DVDK Port Company; and 74 official delegates representing 525 employees in the entire Company. With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress is a broad and exciting political activity, demonstrating the sense of responsibility, intelligence and democracy of union members, employees and the Trade Union organization. This is also an opportunity for the Congress to focus on analyzing, recognizing and objectively evaluating the performance results in the 2023 - 2025 period, pointing out the existing limitations, difficulties and challenges in leadership and direction of the organization to implement assigned tasks, and at the same time determining directions, goals and solutions to proactively adapt to the new situation for the 2025 - 2030 term.

At the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Viet Dat - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - presented the Report summarizing activities for the period 2023-2025 and the direction and tasks for the term 2025-2030. In the context of a volatile production and business situation, the Company's Trade Union has demonstrated a proactive and creative spirit, working alongside management to overcome difficulties and adapt flexibly to the new situation – especially during this period of significant changes in the downstream port area, with PTSC Corporation investing in expanding and developing the offshore renewable energy sector. The Trade Union has focused on caring for the material and spiritual well-being of employees, protecting their legitimate rights and interests; maintaining and encouraging employees to participate in emulation movements, cultural and sports activities, and occupational safety and health; At the same time, they actively participate in social welfare and community charity programs, contributing to building the image of PTSC employees as "Responsible - Creative - Disciplined - Compassionate".

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vu Duc Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation - highly appreciated the efforts, creativity, and contributions of the Company's grassroots trade union in its activities and in accompanying the unit; and expressed confidence that the grassroots trade union of the PetroVietnam Port Service Company, with its determination to transform itself in the coming period, will continue to affirm its position as one of the strong grassroots trade unions of PTSC Corporation.

At the Congress, Comrade Dong Xuan Thang - Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company - acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the grassroots Trade Union in the past period, especially its role in accompanying the Party Committee and the Board of Directors in carrying out production and business tasks and taking care of the lives of employees. He also requested the new Executive Committee of the Trade Union to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate working methods, and strengthen the role of the Trade Union organization - especially in the context of the Company preparing to enter a strong restructuring phase to meet the requirements of expanding and developing new service areas. The Trade Union needs to truly become a reliable bridge between employees and enterprise leaders, contributing to building a united and strong Company, ready for the strategic goals of the next phase.

In a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee for the 11th term, 2025-2030, consisting of 11 members, and elected the delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the PTSC Corporation Trade Union, 2025-2030. The success of the Congress is a great source of encouragement and motivation for all union members and employees of the Company, further motivating them in creative labor emulation, striving to excellently complete all tasks, and contributing to the sustainable development of the PetroVietnam Oil and Gas Service Port Company.
