Messenger error does not display messages widely

His web version of Messenger was missing many conversations from the same morning, however, on the phone application, this messaging software still fully displayed old and new exchanges, arranged in the correct order and received notifications of new messages.

Tran Van (Hanoi) also said that she could not download new messages from customers on her computer browser. Even when she tried clicking on some previous messages, the screen only displayed a blank box with no content, showing that the data was being downloaded but there was no change. "I posted a notice on my personal page about this situation so that my friends and customers would know, to avoid being wrongly blamed and for everyone to proactively contact me in other ways when needed," Van added.

The errors mostly include inaccessibility, partial damage to features such as content display, abnormalities in home page information distribution, inability to send images, messages, etc. In most incidents, Meta (the parent company of Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, etc.) often remains silent, does not proactively provide information, nor respond to content reported by users and the media.
