The project investment policy has been adjusted to suit and expand the subjects who are eligible to buy, rent, or rent-purchase social housing according to the adjustment and supplement to the Project on Social Housing Development for Workers in Bac Giang Province until the end of 2025, with a vision to 2030, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 908/QD-UBND dated August 17, 2023, in accordance with the needs and aspirations of workers to buy social housing with the desire to have a stable and long-term place to live.

Accordingly, the beneficiaries after the adjustment include: people with revolutionary contributions according to the provisions of the law on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions; low-income people, poor and near-poor households in urban areas; workers working in enterprises inside and outside industrial parks; officers, professional non-commissioned officers, technical non-commissioned officers, professional soldiers, workers in agencies and units of the people's police and people's army.

Subjects eligible to purchase social housing also include: cadres, civil servants, and public employees according to the provisions of the law on cadres, civil servants, and public employees; subjects who have returned public housing according to regulations; students of academies, universities, colleges, and vocational schools; students of public ethnic boarding schools who are allowed to use housing during their studies; households and individuals whose land is subject to land recovery and whose housing must be cleared and demolished according to the provisions of law but have not yet received compensation from the State in the form of housing or residential land.

Evergreen Bac Giang social housing project in the new urban area of Nenh town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province is located next to the Hanoi - Bac Giang highway; located between Dinh Tram intersection (connecting National Highway 37 with Hanoi - Bac Giang highway) and the intersection of Ring Road 4 (connecting Ring Road 4 with Hanoi - Bac Giang highway).

This is a location with convenient traffic connections to economic , tourist, industrial and urban centers of the province as well as convenient travel to neighboring areas.

Evergreen Bac Giang has a scale of 16 20-storey apartment buildings and synchronous technical infrastructure. After completion, the project will provide the market with more than 7,000 apartments to accommodate 22,000 residents.

Phase 1 of the project, consisting of 5 buildings, has been completed and is expected to hand over the first apartments to customers in December 2023. Phase 2 started construction on June 16 and phase 3 is expected to start construction at the end of 2024.

The investor said that, in addition to social housing buildings, the project has arranged Golden Park as a commercial building in the project complex to meet the need for apartment ownership for customers who are not eligible for social housing support policies.
