On the morning of February 23, at Quang Dong ward, Thanh Hoa City Youth Union launched the response to the "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" tree planting festival in the Spring of At Ty and launched the Youth Month 2025.

At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to directing and coordinating the implementation of propaganda and education activities to raise awareness of tree planting and environmental protection among all people in the ward. Organize specific and practical activities to minimize the impact of waste on people's daily life, production and health, in which the role of youth is always promoted as a pioneering force.

Launching the Youth Month 2025, the Secretary of the City Youth Union called on the Youth Union bases and each Youth Union member and youth to compete and carry out meaningful and practical works and tasks, towards the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, focusing on 4 key groups of activities, including: Organizing propaganda and education activities; activities to promote the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism and creativity of youth in building and defending the Fatherland; organizing activities to accompany youth; caring for and supporting youth and children and building a strong Union, expanding the Solidarity front, gathering youth and the Union to participate in building the Party and the political system.

During this year's Youth Month, each Youth Union unit under the City Youth Union organized at least 1 volunteer activity to participate in building civilized urban areas, new rural areas, improving the environment and landscape; preserving and promoting ethnic culture in localities and units to promote the role of Youth Union members and city youth in participating in implementing projects and tasks in localities and units, contributing to welcoming Party congresses at all levels towards the 22nd Thanh Hoa City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
