The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Tinh province announces the invitation of organizations with the function of consulting on land price determination to advise on determining specific land prices for works and projects according to the provisions of the law on bidding.
Interested consulting units can send their proposal and capacity profile to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment at 12A, Vo Liem Son Street, Nam Ha Ward, Ha Tinh City.
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 114 of the 2013 Land Law, in order to organize the implementation of determining specific land prices for projects submitted for appraisal and approval according to regulations, as a basis for serving the purposes of State management of land in the province, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Tinh announces to invite organizations with the function of consulting on land price determination to advise on determining specific land prices according to the provisions of the law on bidding.
In the immediate future, it is necessary to consult and specifically identify a land area of 20,072.7 m2 - commercial and service land in Xuan An town, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh.
