Ms & Mr Sky Signature 2025 – Where style makes the brand

From 104 candidates in the preliminary round, 30 outstanding candidates were present in the final night, representing more than 3,000 flight attendants across the entire flight network. Together, they shined, spreading professional pride and hospitality – the core values that make up the brand of the National Airline.

The program was attended by General Director Le Hong Ha, Deputy General Director Dang Anh Tuan, representatives of leaders of agencies and units, and a large number of officers and employees of Vietnam Airlines .

The judges in this year's competition include Deputy General Director Dang Anh Tuan, Head of the Flight Attendant Group Nguyen Duc Hanh, Head of the Communications Department Do Dong Hung, and two guest judges: People's Artist Thanh Lam and Creative Director Nam Trung.

The opening brought moments of pride when 30 contestants performed together in their industry uniforms. To the solemn music, the flight attendants confidently strode in their soft, graceful blue ao dai or elegant, luxurious suits. It was not just a performance, it was also an affirmation of style - where every step, every smile conveyed the pride of trusted companions on every flight.

The atmosphere of the final night became exciting with the Flight Attendant's Luggage Competition . The contestant groups took turns answering questions about professional skills, flight safety, service and behavioral skills, demonstrating their ability to master the profession and handle all situations flexibly. Behind each answer is the image of dedicated people, always ready to accompany passengers on every journey.

The stage lit up in the Talent competition – where emotions and creativity flourished. Singing, dancing, acting, yoga or catwalking… each performance was a different slice of love for the profession and positive energy. Behind the brilliant performances were months of persistent practice, so that each contestant could shine with their own passion and effort.

The colorful party opened with the Evening Gown Performance , where the contestants appeared in gorgeous costumes, confidently strutting under the stage lights. Every look and smile exuded elegance, aesthetic taste and standard demeanor - the values that have created the image of a Vietnam Airlines flight attendant: professional, sophisticated and approachable.

Finally, the decisive round of the main Debate and Behavior left a strong impression - where courage and intelligence were clearly demonstrated. Through the behavioral questions, the top 7 best contestants demonstrated their professional understanding and dedication through their sincere sharing. Each answer is a testament to the spirit of "The Heart of Service" - when the flight attendant not only accompanies customers, but also represents Vietnamese cultural identity in the world sky.

Spreading the pride of Vietnam Airlines

From the distinctive blue of the ao dai to the professional demeanor and standard smile, the image of a Vietnam Airlines flight attendant is always a living symbol of Vietnam's sophistication and hospitality.

The two faces honored with the highest positions this year are:

The organizers also awarded special prizes such as Elegant Flight Attendant , Best Behavior , Outstanding Artistic Talent or Flight Attendant with the Most Inspirational Story , recognizing individuals with outstanding performances in the competition.

Ms & Mr Sky Signature 2025 is not only a playground to honor the style and talent of flight attendants, but also a journey to spread brand values - where each "sky ambassador" carries the mission of connecting Vietnamese culture, people and heritage to international friends.
