On November 1, the Hue City Civil Defense Command issued a notice to agencies, units, and localities warning of floods in the area.
Accordingly, from last night (October 31) to 5:00 p.m. today, November 1, there was heavy rain concentrated in the mountainous areas, the amount of water flowing into large rivers, causing the water levels of the rivers to increase. Currently, the rain tends to decrease. The water level at 5:00 p.m. on November 1 on the Huong River at Kim Long was 2.56m, above BĐ 2 was 0.56m (BĐ 2 at Kim Long was 2.0m). The Bo River at Phu Oc was 3.79m, below BĐ 3 was 0.71m (BĐ 3 at Phu Oc was 4.5m).
It is forecasted that on the night of November 1, the water level on the Huong River at Kim Long will fluctuate below level 3 (alarm level 3 at Kim Long is 3.5m); the water level on the Bo River at Phu Oc station will fluctuate below level 3 (alarm level 3 at Phu Oc is 4.5m).
