YG Entertainment recently released a teaser video for the upcoming MV “Forever” by girl group Baby Monster. As previously announced, the song “Forever” will be released on online platforms and the MV will be released on YouTube at 0:00 on July 1 (Korean time).
The 17-second teaser shows seven girls (Pharita, Chiquita, Roma, Rami, Ahyeon, Ruka, Asa) enjoying room service at a luxury hotel. In a close-up, Chiquita and Ruka appear stylish and individual. A fast-paced, rhythmic piece of music is also revealed.
Baby Monster's video became a hot topic as soon as it was released. Many viewers expressed surprise that YG brought a very different style to the 7-member girl group since their debut.
Baby Monster's MVs "Batter Up" and "Sheesh" were criticized for being old-fashioned, outdated, or being compared to "bad copies" of Blackpink and 2NE1. But the trailer for the MV "Forever" brings a modern, stylish image of Baby Monster.
According to the information revealed, the director for Baby Monster's MV "Forever" this time is Sam Son (Son Seung Hee).
