Considered and granted certificates of construction capacity for enterprises: 213 dossiers; considered and granted practice certificates for individuals practicing construction: 299 dossiers; organized examinations of 258 dossiers of individuals taking the construction practice exam; issued 03 certificates of eligibility to operate specialized construction laboratories. In 2024, 03 decisions were issued to sanction administrative violations in construction activities with a fine of 130 million VND.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Head of the Economic - Infrastructure Department of Chau Thanh district, proposed difficulties due to the large number of documents in processing planning confirmation for households in adjacent communes located in the expanded area to Tra Vinh city.

At the conference, leaders of Duyen Hai, Chau Thanh, Tieu Can, Tra Cu districts and Duyen Hai town... proposed difficulties in businesses investing in the construction and development of bird's nest houses, there is currently an overlap in licensing between the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Construction; the processing of records of people in localities located in the area of ​​ward establishment is currently carried out by specialized units with a fairly large amount of work;

Adjusting the planning of Tra Cu town and Dinh An town is facing difficulties and obstacles due to the merger and adjustment of administrative boundaries (2025 - 2030 period); coordination in implementing the planning is facing difficulties between the Land Registration Office, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Economy - Infrastructure in providing maps and planning information.
