Rewarding individuals and groups with achievements in the movement of farmers competing in good production and business.

In the period of 2020 - 2023, the Farmers' Association of Nam Dong district assigned specific competition targets to communes and towns on the number of registrations and annual evaluation of good production and business households at all levels. 100% of the Association's grassroots mobilized most members and farmers to register to strive to become good production and business households; the registration rate reached over 60% compared to the number of farmer households.

Accordingly, on average, there are over 2,500 households registering each year. In 2023 alone, 2,720 households registered, reaching 174% of the target assigned by the Provincial Association, and 1,121 households were considered to be excellent in production and business at all levels, reaching 41.2% of the number of registered households. Of which, there were 2 households at the central level, 13 households at the provincial level, 356 households at the district level and 1,071 households at the commune level.

Through the movement, many typical examples of individuals doing well in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, handicrafts and services have emerged... Not only enriching their families, these typical examples also create jobs for many workers, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the locality.

According to the leader of the Nam Dong Farmers' Association, in the 2020 - 2023 movement, excellent farmers at all levels have promoted the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance. Each good farmer in production and business regularly helps 1 - 3 poor farmers with capital, seeds, and business experience to help them escape poverty and become rich on their homeland.

At the conference, 10 collectives and 19 individuals were awarded by the District Farmers' Association and the People's Committee of Nam Dong District. At the same time, the District Farmers' Association awarded recognition decisions to 49 households of farmers who are good at production and business at the district level for the period 2020 - 2023.
