In addition, this alliance will promote training programs, fostering public administration, leadership and state management skills suitable for the new context.

Before the signing ceremony, the speakers also shared their opinions in the seminar Developing new momentum for the country: Human resources to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW, thereby recognizing the needs and challenges of human resources to implement Resolution 57.

According to Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Chairman of FPT Group, if Vietnam wants to stand shoulder to shoulder with advanced countries in the world , it needs to win with knowledge and technology, create a young generation with knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence, and promote the strength of the entire people - as Vietnam did during the resistance war.

In addition to being proficient in technology, he believes that students must be fluent in foreign languages and be able to work with the world's leading experts.

"If we cannot train AI human resources, we will be left out of the technology game. But if we take the lead in AI training, Vietnam will rise to become a global workforce in this field," Mr. Binh emphasized.

Mr. Le Thanh Tung - member of the Board of Directors of VietinBank - said that the establishment of the Strategic Human Resources Alliance to implement Resolution 57 is a practical and timely action.

According to him, although VietinBank has been actively implementing activities to apply science and technology, promoting the digital transformation process throughout the system. Although there is a clear strategy, the implementation stage is still a big challenge, especially the human factor.

"If you ask what engineers in the banking sector need, the biggest challenge today is human resources.

We are seriously lacking in human resources with capabilities in AI, cloud computing and cybersecurity - key factors in the digital transformation process of the finance and banking industry," said Mr. Tung.

Regarding management and operational thinking, he believes that the current team lacks knowledge of modern methods such as Agile and Design Thinking - thinking that is especially important in an environment of rapid innovation and transformation.
