To prevent online fraud, Hanoi City Police advise people not to participate in "obscene, pornographic" activities, forums, and groups on the Internet.
In addition, people need to be careful with financial requirements when operating online such as paying account opening fees, activating membership cards and receiving "commissions" or participating in financial transactions of unknown origin with promises of high profits and attractive investment opportunities./.
