Accordingly, in recent times, political education in the Capital's armed forces has made new progress with many rich contents and forms, suitable to the practical situation and awareness of cadres and soldiers. Party committees, political commissars, political officers, and commanders at all levels have always paid attention to leading and directing the completion of the contingent of political instructors at all levels in the Capital's armed forces, sufficient in quantity and increasingly improving in quality; maintaining the order and quality of annual training and lectures for cadres, the regime of adopting lesson plans and attending lectures weekly; organizing competitions for political instructors at all levels with many practical contents, measures, and forms, directly improving the qualifications, capacity, and pedagogical skills of the contingent of political officers at agencies and units.
The 2023 Competition for Political Teaching Cadres of the Capital Armed Forces is organized to assess the quality of the team of political teaching cadres and political teaching work in agencies and units in the Capital Armed Forces. Thereby, helping political cadres at all levels to learn, exchange experiences, improve capacity and pedagogical skills in political teaching, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of political education work in the coming time. Participating in the competition are 44 contestants, who have high results, selected from 1,311 contestants participating in the grassroots competition and the Emulation Cluster of the Command.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen Xuan Yem, Deputy Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command, acknowledged and commended the results and achievements of the collectives and individuals in the competition for political instructors at the Command's level in recent times.
In order for the contest to achieve its goals and requirements, Major General Nguyen Xuan Yem requested: The Organizing Committee must thoroughly grasp the contest plan and regulations; uphold the spirit of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, and strictly and seriously manage the contest. The Jury must work impartially, objectively, and scientifically; evaluate and score democratically and accurately for each contestant; and create favorable conditions for contestants to best promote all their advantages and abilities in the contest. Contestants need to clearly understand that participating in the contest is both a responsibility and a good opportunity to improve their qualifications and pedagogical skills. Therefore, they need to be united, humble, learn from each other, uphold responsibility, and be determined to achieve the highest results in the contest.
