Enhance capacity to develop and implement DDCI improvement plans

On June 3, the Son La Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center in coordination with Economic Management Consulting Joint Stock Company (Economica Vietnam) organized a training course to enhance capacity for departments, branches and localities to develop and implement the DDCI improvement plan for 2025.

Attending the training, trainees were introduced to the following topics: The role of improving the business environment and actions at the grassroots level in the current context; how to exploit and analyze DDCI data: Access the website, read the index... Instructions for making an action plan to improve DDCI: Form, SMART goals, assignment, roadmap; analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a department, branch, or industry (sample) based on the latest DDCI results; conduct data analysis and draft a preliminary plan in groups under the guidance of experts; groups present the results. The DDCI 2024 Competitiveness Index was announced on May 21, 2025. This is an important time for departments, branches, sectors and localities to review the results, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their units to develop a plan to improve the DDCI in 2025 with specific and feasible goals and roadmaps, contributing to improving the quality of management and operation at each unit and improving the PCI index of the province, thereby raising Son La 's position on the national investment map.
