Celebrating the upcoming New Year of the Dragon, the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature and the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long jointly organize a painting exhibition with the theme "Drawing the Dragon." The exhibition introduces the best works selected from the Illustration Challenge #13 illustration contest organized by the creative enterprise TiredCity and the young artist community Vietnam Local Artist Group (VLAG) in November 2023. Accordingly, 80 of the most outstanding works will be displayed at the painting exhibition "Drawing the Dragon" located in the grounds of the Special National Monument of the Temple of Literature to recognize the creative achievements of more than 75 young artists. The exhibition opens at 3:00 p.m. on January 19 and lasts until February 20. Coming to the exhibition, visitors will immerse themselves in stories about Dragons inspired by legends, culture, movies, stories and everyday life.

Christmas is coming, for G39 artists, the exhibition "Grace" is a greeting for the new year 2024 through painting, a wish for peace and warmth to everyone.

In parallel with the event at the Temple of Literature, the exhibition “Drawing the Dragon” will open at 3:00 p.m. on January 20 and last until February 25 at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, Hanoi .

The exhibition introduces 30 works reflecting the majestic Dragon mascot based on the myths in Vietnamese culture in general, and the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in particular. All profits were donated to Blue Dragon Children's Foundation. The judges of the contest include artist Pham Quang Phuc, winner of the ASEAN Illustration Award in 2018, the only Vietnamese artist to participate in illustrating "The Harry Potter Wizarding Almanac" and artist Dat Phan, famous for his characteristic monochrome drawing style using two tones of black and white, accented with gold glitter./.
