The 24th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, is scheduled to take place for 2.5 days, from December 12 to 14, 2024 at the Provincial Convention Center (25B). At the session, the Provincial People's Council delegates will listen to, comment on, discuss and decide on reports and submissions of the Provincial People's Committee and supervision reports and inspection reports of the Provincial People's Council Committees and consider and approve 38 resolutions.

Also at the meeting, the Provincial People's Council conducted a question and answer session on issues of concern to the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment regarding the progress of implementation of a number of direct investment projects, especially large-scale, key projects of the province, which are still very slow and have not met the requirements.

Questioning and answering questions from the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment about environmental pollution caused by production and livestock farming that still occurs in some localities; the overload at many landfills in the province causing environmental pollution, affecting people's lives and health; the slow progress of implementing projects to treat domestic solid waste.
