Many students’ faces showed impatience, wanting to participate in the interview questions of businesses to find suitable job opportunities. On the contrary, with the need to recruit hundreds of workers, businesses are equally impatient to choose quality young human resources.
To build a friendly initial relationship, many businesses also prepare small gifts to give to employees when participating in interviews such as key chains, hand fans, erasers and delicious, attractive candies... Each gift has the company logo, many products are produced by the business to promote and introduce the company's image.
Ms. Vu Thi Nhinh, Head of Human Resources Department, Vietnam Precision Industry Co., Ltd. shared that in the past time, the company has always closely coordinated with vocationaltraining institutions to carry out training and recruitment of students. Currently, the demand for recruitment of employees of enterprises in the province is very large, about 22,000 workers (from the beginning of the year until now), workers have never had as many opportunities to choose jobs as at this time. To increase competition in labor recruitment, enterprises have introduced many policies for workers. Vietnam Precision Industry Co., Ltd. believes in the skills and working style of workers who have been trained at vocational training institutions. Participating in this Job Fair, we are very happy and excited if we can sign and welcome students who have the need and desire to work at the company.
It can be seen that the Job Fair organized by vocational training institutions is always a concern for businesses and workers, especially in the context of the end of the school year, when students are eager to find suitable jobs, while many businesses are also "red-eyed" in finding personnel. Therefore, the Job Fair is like a bridge for job seekers to find people on the basis of cooperation, beneficial to both sides.
Hundreds of students passed the entrance exam
The leaders of Vinh Phuc College of Technology and Engineering affirmed that the Job Fair is an annual activity organized by the school at the end of the school year to help students find good jobs in their majors. This is also the school's goal and strategy in vocational training orientation associated with strengthening cooperation with businesses under the motto of accompanying and developing together.
Through the Job Fair, the school hopes to further promote the cooperation between the parties, thereby enhancing the practical application of training programs, grasping the needs of learners and the recruitment criteria of businesses. This is also an opportunity for students to learn about the labor market, directly contact businesses and orient their future careers.
Le Huy Thuc, from Hoi Thinh Commune, Tam Duong District, a student at Vinh Phuc College of Technology, said: “I will graduate this June, so I joined the Job Fair to get information about recruitment from businesses. Currently, I am studying in the Automation Control College and wish to work in my major at large businesses to develop my abilities and strengths.”
In the exciting atmosphere of the Job Fair, more than 20 businesses conducted on-site interviews with students to recruit workers. Young people were also very eager and confident to participate in the interviews with a receptive mindset, hoping to be recruited in suitable positions.
Ms. Luong Thi Chuyen, representative of HLT Vina Trading and Service Company Limited (Bac Giang) said that the company's labor recruitment needs on this occasion are unlimited, because we have the role of supplying human resources for businesses in and outside the province. The recruitment requirements for workers are not too strict, with diverse training types, from high school to inter-university, intermediate, college... We highly appreciate the quality of trained workers, the effectiveness of the Job Fair and hope to recruit 400-500 workers.
Through the 2025 Job Fair, hundreds of students were recruited and signed labor contracts with businesses for many good job positions. Thereby, conveying the motto: "Learning goes hand in hand with practice, theory goes hand in hand with reality, school goes hand in hand with businesses".
