Nghe An prepares to summarize the Program to support the construction and repair of houses for people with meritorious services and the poor.

As planned, the Conference is held to comprehensively evaluate the results of the Program's implementation in the 2023 - 2025 period; clarify the achievements, limitations, causes, and lessons learned; and at the same time affirm the profound political , social and humanistic significance of the Program in caring for people's lives, ensuring social security, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

Nghe An provincial leaders visited and gave gifts to encourage people.

The conference is also an opportunity to commend, reward and honor groups, individuals, businesses and philanthropists who have made many positive contributions to the program, thereby spreading the spirit of solidarity, humanity and community responsibility.

The conference content includes: Summary report on the implementation results of the Program to mobilize and support housing construction and repair in the period of 2023 - 2025; presentations of some typical localities, units and individuals in the implementation process; sharing of households supported to build or repair houses; commendation and reward of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and discussion and contribution of ideas for leadership, direction and coordination in implementing social security programs in the coming time.

The conference is organized in a combination of in-person and online formats at the commune, ward and town levels; scheduled to take place on November 28, 2025.

According to the Plan, the Provincial Steering Committee 1838 assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - the Standing agency of the Steering Committee - to preside over the development of the program summary report, advise on the script, program, and invitation; at the same time, monitor, urge, and guide relevant agencies and units to implement the Plan.

Departments, branches, sectors, socio-political organizations, and Party Committees of communes and wards, based on their assigned functions and tasks in implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, shall prepare a report summarizing the implementation results and send it to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee before November 15, 2025.

The organization of the summary conference is not only to record the results achieved in the implementation of the Housing Support Program for people with meritorious services, the poor and people with housing difficulties, but also an opportunity to review experiences and solutions to continue effectively implementing social security programs in the area, contributing to strengthening people's trust, towards the goal of "leaving no one behind".
