Nghi Xuan has more 3-star OCOP products

In the first phase of 2023, Nghi Xuan district ( Ha Tinh ) has 2 products participating in the evaluation and classification of the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program.

On the morning of August 11, the Nghi Xuan District OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council inspected and reviewed production and business establishments and conducted the first evaluation and classification of OCOP products in 2023.

Nghi Xuan district OCOP product evaluation and classification council conducts product scoring and classification.

In this period, Nghi Xuan district has 2 products participating in the evaluation and classification of the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, including: Thanh Ha rice paper product of Thanh Ha Rice Paper Production Cooperative (Xuan Hong commune) ranked 3 stars; dried shrimp product of Hoa Linh Chi Seafood Trading and Processing Cooperative (Cuong Gian commune) upgraded to 4 stars.

Thanh Ha rice paper products are recognized as meeting 3-star OCOP standards.

Based on the criteria set in Decision 148/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister , the Nghi Xuan District OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council has scored and classified Thanh Ha rice paper products to achieve over 50 points, meeting 3-star standards; dried shrimp products to achieve over 70 points, meeting the conditions to propose the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council to evaluate and upgrade to 4-star standards.

Previously, the Nghi Xuan OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council inspected the facilities participating in this OCOP product evaluation and classification round.

Up to now, Nghi Xuan district has 18 products meeting OCOP standards, including 1 product achieving 4-star OCOP and 17 products achieving 3-star OCOP.
