Lieutenant Colonel Tran Huu Canh - Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) reported on the results of project implementation.

In March, April and May 2023, the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, the Director of the Provincial Police Department and the working group continued to urge and resolutely direct departments, branches and localities to implement Project 06 and digital transformation according to the roadmap; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Departments, branches, sectors, unions and localities organized propaganda campaigns, guided people to install, activate and use electronic identification accounts.

The provincial police have promoted their role as the standing agency in advising on the organization and implementation. Notably, Ha Tinh is the second unit nationwide to complete the target of receiving applications for CCCD cards for 100% of eligible citizens currently in the area and ranked 4th nationwide in terms of the rate of activating electronic identification accounts.

From April 16, 2023 to May 15, 2023, Ha Tinh received 25,840 records on the National Public Service Portal, the Provincial Public Service Portal and the Public Service Portals of ministries and branches. The total number of administrative procedure records received at the 3 levels of government was 43,991 records; the entire online public service records were 14,303/19,145 records; the whole province has digitized 20,265 records.

There were 59 units making 3,286 successful online payments with a total amount of more than 555 million VND.

As of May 10, 2023, Ha Tinh Provincial Police have completed the collection of 1,132,599 CCCD application files. The whole province has collected 733,173 level 2 electronic identification files, activating 477,595 level 2 electronic identification accounts.

Agencies, units, and localities in the area continue to perform tasks to ensure connection and data sharing between the national population database and specialized national databases and other national databases to complete the ecosystem and enrich data.

At the conference, delegates frankly discussed the shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of Project 06 and made recommendations, proposals as well as tasks and solutions in the coming time.

Director of the Department of Information and Communications Dau Tung Lam said that in the coming time, inspections will be strengthened to ensure information security and safety for database systems in the province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee Office continues to implement and propose innovation of the one-stop, one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures and digitizing records; advise the Provincial People's Committee, the Working Group of Project 06 provinces to implement.

The provincial police strictly implemented solutions to clean up population data to ensure that the data was "correct, complete, clean, and alive"; organized the collection of CCCD card issuance applications for new citizens of age to be issued CCCD cards; promoted instructions on installing and using VNeID accounts; coordinated with departments, branches, sectors and localities to speed up the progress of cleaning specialized data...

The Provincial Police, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Social Insurance Department have implemented electronic connectivity for two groups of administrative procedures: birth registration, permanent residence registration, issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old; death registration, deletion of permanent residence registration, funeral allowance, and support for funeral expenses at the local level.

In addition, units including: Department of Health , Department of Information and Communications, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Justice, Social Insurance... and localities base on the situation to deploy tasks on schedule and time.
