Khuat Van Sinh directly apologized to the doctors and nurses of Thanh Ba District Medical Center on the morning of May 7.

Immediately after the incident, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department directed the Provincial Police Department's Investigation Police Agency to urgently investigate and verify to strictly handle the case according to the law.

At the Investigation Agency, after being explained by the investigators, Khuat Van Sinh realized his violation. Sinh publicly apologized to the doctors, nurses, and medical staff who participated in the emergency treatment of child L and sent his thanks to Thanh Ba District Medical Center. Considering that Khuat Van Sinh's actions violated Clause 6, Article 48, Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP, dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating "Administrative sanctions in the medical field", the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police proposed to issue a decision to sanction administrative violations in accordance with regulations.
