According to many comments online, this man often appears at Phu Day parking lot (Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh ) and often plays chess with the elderly in Kim Thai commune.
Talking to Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Vu Thanh Nam (from Thai Nguyen) - the person who accidentally recorded the video - said: "I was driving a tourist contract car and was waiting for visitors at Phu Day when I accidentally caught this image.
This was the first time I met him, I didn't know him, nor did I know his information. But the way he carefully drew each stroke on the dust of the car made me interested so I came back."
Many people exclaimed that perhaps this man used to be an artist but because of life, he could not pursue his passion. One account commented: "He is still full of artistry inside."
