On the evening of August 27, at the final night of Miss Grand Vietnam - Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 held at Phu Tho Stadium ( Ho Chi Minh City), beauty Le Hoang Phuong was crowned Miss. Le Hoang Phuong was born in 1995, from Khanh Hoa , with an outstanding height of 1.76m, graduated with a good degree in Architecture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. The beauty is currently the CEO of an architectural company, specializing in design and construction. She was in the Top 5 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022.

In the Behavior round, when asked about the importance of family for a child to develop comprehensively, the beauty from Khanh Hoa said that children are a reflection of their parents. Le Hoang Phuong pointed out the reality that many parents make negative comments about people the same age as their children. "This is an issue that parents need to recognize," the beauty affirmed. According to her, building a civilized, understanding, disciplined, and ethical society is necessary to create an environment for children to develop healthily.
The title of 1st runner-up belongs to beauty Bui Khanh Linh from Bac Giang; 2nd runner-up: Truong Quy Minh Nhan from Thua Thien - Hue; 3rd runner-up: Le Thi Hong Hanh from Thai Binh; 4th runner-up: Dang Hoang Tam Nhu from Thua Thien - Hue.

At the final night, 39 contestants took turns going through the following competitions: Ensemble performance, swimsuit performance, evening gown performance. The top 10 contestants entered the presentation round on the topic of Peace; and then, the top 5 most outstanding faces entered the Behavior round to select the overall excellent beauty for the Miss title.
The new Miss was awarded a crown made of 24K gold, combined with thousands of gemstones of various sizes, 300 million VND in cash and many valuable prizes. Meanwhile, the 4 runners-up were also awarded crowns and received prizes worth 200 million VND, 150 million VND and two prizes worth 100 million VND.
Miss Grand Vietnam is a beauty contest organized by Sen Vang Company and copyrighted by Sen Vang Entertainment. With the message “Stop the war and violence”, the contest hopes to find a bright face, brave enough to convey humanistic values to the community.
