The representative of the Fire Police Department also pointed out that the reason for the above problems is that the heads of agencies, organizations and facilities do not fully fulfill their responsibilities in fire prevention and fighting work in general and in the management, preservation and maintenance of fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment in particular.

If the initial fire fighting work is not done well, professional forces will encounter many difficulties in extinguishing the fire.

Organize, direct, and inspect the implementation of management, preservation, and maintenance of fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue equipment within the scope of management. The head of the agency must organize for officers, employees, and workers in the agency, organization, and facility to study and use equipped fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue equipment.

At the same time, the head of the agency must assign people to manage, preserve and maintain fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue equipment. Ensure funding for the management, preservation and maintenance of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue equipment.

In addition, the head of the agency or unit must inspect, handle violations or recommend competent authorities to handle violations in the management, preservation and maintenance of fire prevention, firefighting and rescue equipment.

According to statistics, report to the direct superior management agency and competent authority on the management, preservation and maintenance of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue equipment.
